ሰበር ዜና-በአባይ ጉዳይ የግብፁ ፕሬዝዳንት ሙሐመድ ሞርስ ዛሬ ከመከላከያ ሚኒስትራቸው አብደል ፋታህ አልስሲን ጋር ስብሰባ ተቀምጡ

”አህራም ኦን ላይን” የተሰኘው የግብፅ የአንግሊዝኛ ጋዜጣ ዛሬ ሐሙስ ግንቦት 22፣2005 (may 30,2013) ከካይሮ እንደዘገበው የግብፁ ፕሬዝዳንት ሙሐመድ ሞርስ ዛሬ ከመከላከያ ሚኒስትራቸው አብደል ፋታህ አልስሲን፣የሃገር ውስጥ ሚኒስትራቸውን ሙሐመድ እብራሂምን እና የደህንነት ሚንስትር ራፋት ሸሃታን ይዘው ኢትዮጵያ እየገነባች ባለችው የታላቁ የህዳሴ ግድብ ላይ ስብሰባ አድርገዋል።
እንደ ፕሬዝዳንቱ ቃል አቀባይ ኢሃብ ፋህሚ ገለፃ ውይይቱ የተደገው ግድቡ በግብፅ ላይ የሚያመጣውን አይነተኛ ተፅዕኖ ላይ መሆኑን ጠቁመው በመቀጠል ”በጉዳዩ ላይ ፕሬዝዳንቱ ከኢትዮጵያ ባለስልጣናት ጋር በጋራ አጠቃቀም ዙርያ ላይ አሁንም ንግግር እየተደረገ ነው” ብለዋል።
በመጨረሻም እንደ ጋዜጣው ዘገባ ፕሬዝዳንቱ ከውጭ ጉዳይ ሚኒስትራቸው ሙሐመድ ከማል ኦመር ጋር እና ከ ውሃ ሀብት ሚኒስትሩ ሞሐመድ በሃ ኤልድን ጋር መመካከራቸውን እና ”በግብፅ የውሃ አቅርቦት ላይ ማንም እንዲያስፈራራን አንፈቅድም” የሚል መግለጫ ከፕሬዝዳንቱ ቤተመንግስት መሰጠቱን አጥቷል።

በነገራችን ላይ ባለፈው ወር የአባይን ጉዳይ አስመልክቶ የሱዳኑ ”ሱዳን ትሪቡን” እንደዘገበው። ኤርትራ ሱዳን እና ግብፅ በቅኝ ግዛት ዘመን ኢትዮጵያን አግልለው ለብቻቸው የአባይን አጠቃቀም በተመለከተ የተፈራረሙትን ውል እንደምትደግፍ መግለጧን ዘግቧል። ለእዚህም ተግባሯ የግብፁ መሪ ሙሐመድ ሞርስ አቶ ኢሳያስን ማሞገሳቸውን እና በቅርቡ ሊያገኛቸው እንደሚሻ መግለጣቸውን ጋዜጣው አትቷል።

ግብፅ የኤርትራን ጦርነት ለማስጀመር ከዛሬ 35 አመት በፊት ለአቶ ኢሳያስ ካይሮ ላይ የነዳጅ ማደያ በመስጠት የሻብያን የመጀመርያ መነሻ ካፒታል ከሰጡት ውስጥ የምትቆጠር መሆኗንየሚገልጡ አሉ።
በ 1990 በኢትዮ ኤርትራ ጦርነት ወቅት የግብፅ አማካሪ ጀነራሎች አስመራ መታየታቸውን ጠቅሶ አንድ በአዲስ አበባ የሚታተም የግል ጋዜጣ እውነትነቱን እንዲያረጋግጡ ለጠየቃቸው በአዲስ አበባ የግብፅ አምባሳደር በሰጡት መልስ ”ጡረታ ከወጡ በኃላ ጀነራሎቻችን ምን እየሰሩ እንደሆነ የማረጋገጥ ግዴታ የለብንም” ማለታቸው እና ጉዳዩን በተዘዋዋሪ ማረጋገጣቸው ይታወሳል።
ዛሬ የወጣው የግብፁ ”አህራም ኦን ላይን” እና ባለፈው ወር በሱዳን የታተመው ”ሱዳን ትሪቡን” የእንግሊዝኛ ዘገባን ከእዚህ በታች በተያያዘው የ ”ጉዳያችን ጡመራ” ላይ ያንብቡ።…….According to presidential spokesman Ehab Fahmy, meeting attendees discussed the options available to Egyptto deal with Ethiopia’s ‘Renaissance Dam’ project and the project’s potential impact on Egypt and its share of Nile water.

Fahmy also stated that talks were ongoing with Ethiopian officials in an effort to reach an agreement to the “mutual benefit” of both countries.

President Morsi, Fahmy said, had also discussed the issue with Foreign MinisterMohamed Kamel Omar and Water Resources Minister Mohamed Bahaa El-Din.

At a press conference held earlier on Thursday at the Presidential Palace in Cairo, Fahmy said that the presidency would “not allow anyone to threaten Egypt’s supply of Nile water.”

Egypt supports development projects in Africa “as long as they don’t affect Egypt’s national security,” the presidential spokesman stressed. He went on to note that President Morsi was keen to cooperate with “all African states” on water-sharing issues.

At a press conference convened following the meeting with the president, Bahaa El-Din declared that the Egypt had ruled out a military response in the event that Ethiopia insisted on going ahead with its dam project.

The minister added that a report on the dam project by an international tripartite commission – consisting of representatives from Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia – would be issued on Sunday.

If the report concluded that the Ethiopian dam project would adversely affect Egypt, Bahaa El-Din said that Egypt would prepare “a number of scenarios.
